LOCATION
Sea You House is located in a peaceful village in the south of Sri Lanka, about a minute walk from surf beach and far away from overcrowded places, loud cities and resorts. Near the house, there are several small local restaurants and shops. The closest bigger city is called Matara and the public transport ride there takes about 8 minutes. It is an ideal place for one-day trips not only to the south end of the island.
ACCOMODATION
Sea You House is newly built. There are several relaxation terraces, garden and a sun-protected gym for yoga lessons, stretching and circuit training. For accommodated guests there is also a kitchen for preparation of juices and grilling fish. We respect the nature and environment, which is why we also provide free water from water filter.

ROOMS
In the Sea You House there are six 2-bed and two 3-bed rooms with en suite, ceiling fan and a possibility of air-conditioning. From rooms located on higher floor, there is a beautiful view on the ocean. Hot water in showers, fast WI-FI connection and a fridge in every room are granted.
RESTAURANT
In our house you will find a small restaurant. Here you can order delicious breakfasts, coffee from freshly ground coffee beans prepared in pump espresso machine and homemade pastry. Dinners are provided in form of grilling or traditional Sri Lankan cuisine.
SURFING
Part of the house is also a SURF-TRIP board rental and surf school with certified Czech and Slovak instructors. Our school has all the legal insurances and certifications and it is the only surf school in Sri Lanka that acquired the international certification and approval of ISA.
Surf lessons are available since November until the end of April. Lessons take place on the beach in front of the surf house and are suitable for complete beginners, but also advanced surfers and smallest kids. MORE ACTIVITIES
Near the Sea You House you can snorkel with turtles, watch whales, visit national parks with wild elephants, check out the snake farms or tea plantations with degustation of Ceylon tea, visit Buddhist monasteries, fish and fruit markets, take walk on a sandy coconut palm beaches or watch the sunset from the most southern cape of Sri Lanka.
ABOUT US
Sea You House was built by a Czech travel agency called surf-trip.cz, which works on the island since 2013. Its team comprises of experienced delegates and surf-instructors who speak mainly Czech language, but also English, German or Spanish.
